Dear i-want-everything-for-free, yeah, me too, but i give my best trying to just be a little open minded and a little respectful.I guess, there has been a little misunderstanding in the past. Doubletwo Studios really isn’t a big company — not like Apple, Coca Cola or McDonalds (or any major company, destroying and poisoning the world with crappy sugar meals or other useless stuff), it is mainly just a one-man-show.
So i gotta say, its quite difficult for me, not to take, stealing or unauthorised sharing of Doubletwo Studios fonts, personally. In general, the fonts are offered for a pretty fair price (especially those metal-fonts, because i know, all the underground bands, for which these fonts were made, don’t have that much money), some are even free. And i think, it might be also no big deal to just pay for a font that is less expensive than that sixpack beer or the two packs of cigaretts you consume on your next rehearsal.I, myself the biggest fan ;) of extreme music, am spending an large amount if time, being deeply passionate about celebrating dark art and creating awesome and more or less functional fonts. That’s pretty much what i love the most, and if i could, i would really spend whole of my time creating fonts and evil, filthy horror stuff.
But for now, sad as it is, fonts won’t even partly pay my bills. So it would be nice, if you would pay just a little respect, and support my work, instead of stealing it, so i could keep go on working on the spirit, the lifestyle we all love so much. All hail the metal & thank you for support.Cheers everybodyyours lecter
